The foundation of that inspection regime is the state of the art technology which we employ. When inspecting casting, we utilise Autodesk Power-inspect equipped with a 2.4m platinum arm from FARO.
FARO is the world’s leading manufacturer of 3D measurement, imaging and realisation technology, and we make use of that technology to produce detailed CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) documentation confirming the standard of every component which we inspect.
The other aspect of our work which underpins the rigorous standard of our inspections is the end to end, in-house nature of the way we work.
Because we deliver every aspect of a project – from initial design through to prototyping and production – we can refer back to initial CAD/CAM modelling to ensure that the prototype meets the brief exactly.
Our inspections are based on a thorough understanding of the design and production process, rather than simply being applied in isolation.
